I used the movie Natural Born Killers for my first collage. This movie stars Woody Harrelson as Mickey Knox. The movie follows Mickey and his wife Mallory Knox as they drive across the country eating psychedelic mushrooms and killing whoever they come across.

The Coen brothers made a marvelous attempt at recreating a visual perspective of the novel, No Country for Old Men. The script of the film is based on the novel written by Cormac McCarthy. They stayed true to the text and the central theme of the novel. Often, novels made into motion pictures are nothing like the book. They often exclude the important themes of the novel or they just reach the surface and making it harder to explore the deeper interpretations of the story. The Cohen brothers really let the film tell the story through their use of cinematography, sound, lighting, and casting. The central theme is evident through the title, No Country for Old Men, meaning that change is inevitable. In both the novel and film, many other themes and symbols are presented and are capable of being interpreting.
