I feel like the podcast has all the pieces in place. The narration works well at making your points and the interview and song samples are well-chosen. I wonder a bit about the feel of the composition--it has kind of a segmented sense to it that might be smoothed out with some more layering of audio. I don't think you need to have something playing all the time, but perhaps some low level music at some points while you are speaking will add variety--e.g., before the clip of homeless child while you are talking, you could have the song playing very quietly in the background, and then turn it up after your intro. Some moves like this might help with the flow. Otherwise, it is strong.
