One of the best romances I've ever come across, Edward and Bella were made for each other. Edward is a vampire and at first couldn't stand to be near Bella because her smell was so enticing he wanted to drink her blood. He fell in love with her, as she is the only one who knows what he is, isn't scared of him, and the only one whose mind he can't read like others. She has to tell him what she's thinking. The woods are for the darkness that encompasses their relationship, the hiding that they do together (and the fact that she revealed her love and his secret aloud to him in the forest). The bloody white rose is a symbol of their love, her purity and innocence tainted somewhat by her own blood that was spilled because their relationship puts her in danger. I wanted the name in there, and it just so happened that I forgot to take out the heart and when I moved it, it accidentally settled right over Bella. I thought it was perfect and left it there.

normally i would suggest to
normally i would suggest to make the background lighter and the character larger, but I think that this way they stand out really well against the backdrop despite their size. The almost black forest is interesting too because it definitely adds a creepier feel, and it forces your audience to really study it for a minute before realizing what it is, which i really like. I would like to see maybe something more with the bloody rose, maybe it could be bigger instead, or a tad more faded into the background- i really like how its edges are fading into the black, but it seems stark to have such a small item just sitting in the corner.

but i think that it could be tweeked just a little bit. I like the whole idea and think that it works really well. I just think that perhaps you should either make the characters bigger or shift them to the right a little bit and add another piece on the left side. I like it but I just feel it is just missing something.

Hey! I wanted to comment on this because I saw the movie over Thanksgiving break and LOVED it! I think you did a good job of incorporating the different pieces; they all have a similar feel which works well with the theme and feeling of the piece. I like the background, and how you changed the color of the forest to a darker color, because Edward is a dark character. You could try making the picture of Edward and Bella larger (make it more of a focal point), and try playing with the opacity to see what looks good. Overall, good job though, I am in love with Edward Cullen!! :)

I think that your collage is good, but you might want to lighten the background. It is a little too dark, and it is hard to see the forest. I'm not sure if it would improve the collage, but you might want to consider making Edward and Bella bigger and moving them towards the lower right corner.
