I chose characters from this novel because it offers a glimpse into the wonderful weird world of fashion, trans-gendered pill popping beauty queens and the legnths some will go to feel differently about themselves. Here's my revised collage for the character Billy Pilgrim of Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse Five.

Here's my revised version of the collage for Sharon Olds' poem The Race. I worked on making the image flow a little more smoothly, most of the changes being the placement of things. Here's the original version, which has all of the image sources; no new images in this one.

Websites do not fit in the allotted space for credits very well, so I got rid of most of the credits and put the sources all here.

Elizabeth Bishop's poem, One Art, is a melancholy but resolved look at loss. Through her sadness, Bishop seems to advocate embracing loss and to practice handling loss as a way to cope with it. She says to "lose something everyday" such as door keys and then to gradually practice losing things that are more significant.
