Christine, I like the approach you're taking of mixing the diving in image with the work/farm themes. I'm not sure about how well the pieces are woven together at this point. As with your character collage, maybe some more work with the general shape of where the big pieces go will be helpful. It might be that a replacement image will help with blending the three main spaces. Not sure. The elements like the pitcher will be easier to think about if the background is reworked as well.
