I really like this collage, especially the division in the picture of the boys and the fire you blended into the beach. Lord of the Flies is one of my favorite books and I think you've done a great job of showing the major aspects and themes in your collage.
Christine, congratulations on getting this collage together. I know it took a ton of work. The overall feel now I think is right, The photo and the beach seem to create a nice division. I think you've got that. I still am a bit unsure about the floating images. The fire is fine. Good. The pig/devil, though, still feels a bit odd. Is it worth thinking about moving it into the red area of the sky and maybe trying to have it be some kind of image in a cloud formation or some other experiment? I'm less bothered by the shell, but still wonder about rotating it or otherwise integrating it into the surf area a bit. THis, I think, is very close. Nice work.
