I think that I am officially the king at time wasting and procrastination. Why I im just getting started my portfolio at 12:30 is beyond me. I'll be the bigger man and just say it wasn't my fault (lol). Seriously though, my friends crashed my apartment so they could play video games so of course I had to oblige. I made a bunch of food which was absolutely crucial, and talked on the phone for a few hours will listening to music whose artists im not gonna say in hopes of keeping some of my man hood. Anyway enough of this I think I'd better get started now before I regret it.

Well these past couple of weeks have been pretty chill. Hopefully for the good because I think i'll probably flip if I don't get an A in this class. Anyway, I twisted my ankel doing agility training on thurday and haven't been able to run like i want to. This kinda sucks because if you know anything about cardivascular fitness it's negated if you dont run for a few days. All my friends got back to carolina, which is good so I won't feel like a loser any more. Now im just trying to get this work done and finish summer school. I still can't believe i've been in chapel hill all summer. You can understand my frustration when preseason for the soccer team starts the first week in august(its gonna be hell).

I was watching tlc health, and therer was a woman who came into the ER complaining from an irritable scalp with her husband. The doctor came in and looked under hair and found holes all over her head where apparently a bug layed eggthat got underneath her skin and were feeding and growing from her blood. Eventuallu the doctor ended up pulling out 5 worms/larva about four inches long. Sick!-

I really enjoyed doing the playlist assignment because it taught me how to create links which I always wanted to learn how to do so that I could spruce up some of my websites. Having the first assignment deal with music was especially important because it immediately drew my attention and got me interested in the course. The music I chose describes me and the way I think very well, however, I did wish the assignment was different in that it allowed me to incorporate more of a variety of my music instead of just trying to hit on one angle so that I would have something to write about. Overall the playlist was one of my favorites because other thatn soccer, music is my passion.

This past week, has been hectic. Between school and working out like crazy for preseason I've been feeling exhausted everyday. My patience for people has been very limited which is why i decide to go home this week. I mostly spent time with my grandmother (she's kinda sick) and my friends. I went shopping in georgetown the same day some guy got is throat cut for defending is friend while she was being sexually assulted. That was pretty crazy, but what was even more rediculous was what the the chief of the second district said. " If you see three black people walking down the street in georgetown, call the police." Pretty shockig comment which is probally why he was suspended. There's nothing wrong with stereotypes; there is something wrong with idiots.

Last night I was watching a program on espn called outside the lines which talked about how an athlete was able to get out of numerous rape and abuse charges throughout his entire life, with no repercussions. Its crazy to me to think that some one can do what ever because they are good at a sport. I don't really understand how authority's turn the other way when people tell their stories. I guess significant jail time does not exist for those who have the fame or the money. This guy eventually got into the nfl, and the team that drafted him did not even request any past history that might be coinsidered before drafting him.

Yesterday I went to this group meaning called athletes in action for the first time where we discussed God and how he works in our lives. It was pretty interesting talking about the five methods to salvation and how God loves us unconditionally. Im probablly the opposite of a religious freak, but the meeeting was pretty chill. Besides, we had a mario kart battle for about an hour after we were done.
