For this project, think I am going to do the works and life of Shel Silverstein. I grew up reading his short poems and of course The Giving Tree. I learned with this project that there is a lot more that Silverstein has created than I thought. He really is an amazing artist and has a spectacular imagination. I focused mostly on his books, but his music is also playing in the background and I mentioned some of his other works such as his plays and his accomplishments. Not only did I look in to the works that he did, but also how he got started and general facts about his life.
